I think from book one we all knew harry either had issues or was going to have issues. I mean he's seen how many people close to him die and been ridiculed how many times in school. I'm sure he has plenty of other issues besides Draco.

Harry was always following Draco because he knew that he became one of the Death Eaters. He was trying to find out what he was up to and try to stop it. He even tried to follow his whereabouts with the Marauders Map, but "the Requirement Room" did not show up on it. He wasn't able to stop him and Dumbledore died.
