I actually know someone who this happened to and when the friend told the wife, the wife stopped speaking to the friend. That is a tough call. Some spouses are in denial and just don't want to know. It would depend on the friend and the circumstances.

Hell no!! What my friend has happening in his life is his to figure out!! However, that being said, if this friend ever asked me if I saw anything then I would be able to tell him the truth.
