My husband and I like to watch music DVD's on a large screen which we have in the living room played by a DVD projector. But we don't want to upset the neighbours with loud noise. There is only one audio output on the player and I have a pair of RF wireless headphones. If my husband bought some the same would the sound be transmitted to both using one transmitter?

If you're using the same brand, definitely (though watch out with cordless headphones, since I've picked up cordless phone conversations on mine and vice versa). You'll need to tune both sets of headphones to match the frequency of the base unit, of course, but cordless RF headphones for use in playing back music or TV audio don't use encrypted signals (bluetooth models might, though, just because of the nature of the format).

just check the Frequency of the transmitter and the headphones.any wireless headphone with the exactly same frequency can receive the signal.

As long as the headphones can recieve the same frequency that the transmitter is putting out, sure, they both can recieve the signal.
