When I download mini opera for windows mobile, it gives me a .jar extension. When i double click my computer doesn't know what to do.

Usually, all programs are .exe which automatically are then loaded to synch.

There are different versions for the phones. Like different formats to play music, WMA, MP3, etc. Try the URL and see what happens.
