Can ecstacy/mdma cause someone who takes it at a club away from their spouse to cheat if normly they wouldn't?

Well, I'm not sure it's irresistable, but the drug does tend to enhance sensory perception, and i've found, it makes you more susceptible to persuasion. It sort of depends on the circumstances, drugs in and of themselves, don't change our personalities, they bring out different sides of it.
In other words, yes x can contribute to people doing things they usually wouldn't, but it's also an excuse. It can make it seem like an alright thing to do, and cloud understanding of consequences, but people should still be held responsible for the things they do under the influence, because if they're going to take a chemical, they should know themselves well enough to know what it might do.

Most likely you'll cheat on your spouse if you take it. You sound too curious already and especially the first time, you won't exactly know what you are doing. Hence, you'll probably end up sleeping with the guy that took you.

mdma makes you sensitive to the touch and arguably sensitive to other people's emotions. if someone on mdma figures this out (they don't always do) then they get fixated on receiving the positive pleasure from these things. example, if a friendly person touches them it feels good and they want to be touched more. most people who take mdma say its hard to become sexually arroused.
so basically it would appear that someone on mdma ,if in a relationship and in the presence of other people, was flirting with people.
