You just need to avoid extra high doses of this. If you use face stuff that has Vitamin A, discontinue using it. You do need some Vitamin A, you just don't want to overdose it. What I would do is just discontinue using any face/body wash/ hair stuff with vitamin A and then you're proably safe.
