One time I heard him reffering to hostages as hostiles interchangably. In one sentence he would call them hostages and another sentence he would call them hostiles.

If he does, it's the same as mine.

I like to think of myself as intelligent, but sometimes it seems like there is a short between my brain and my mouth. I just have a hard time getting the right words out.

Notice, it is just a problem in verbalizing, not in thinking. But it's still got to be a rotten problem for a politician to have.
