just go for te 60gig. for only $100 more you get tons of more features and more space on ur hdd.
both systems can go online and surf the internet however with a 20 gig u would need ur internet modem/router right next to ur ps3 to wire it to the internet.

ok here is the thing. 20gig= obsolete they dont sell em anymore they were a bad idea. 60gig= great system i have one identicle to the 80 gig with the exepton the HDD is 20gig smaller now costs as much as the 20gig used to $500 80gig= costs as much as the 60gig used to $600 but ti is far worth it. the graphics agre the same on both because its the same lazer and same outputs just a bigger HDD. and you save a ton because 60gig serial ATA laptop HDD (the kind that go in the PS3) are $48 to $70 and an 80gig serial ATA laptop HDD range form $52 to $90 and it comes with a $60 game so if you buy the 60 gig and upgrade to the cheapest 80gig and buy the game that comes with it you wil spend $612 (thats 12 dollers you could spend on food and a whole hell of a lot less work) get the 80gig. also only caring about graphics is a horrible idea. form over function is a bad way to look at things. i would get a functional system and form will come with it. thats why 360 sucks so bad. people wanted the good graphics over the ps2 and they got the red ring of death to show for it. trust me you want the 80 gig in the long run

both systems get online the difference between them are just 2 things, besides hard drive size, the 60 allows for the use of memory cards and has wi-fi. Other than that they are exactly alike. and of course the $100 difference in there prices.

I think the ps3 is a waste but if you really want it just get the 60gig. Only a hundred bucks more for more than double the space. Supposedly you can store all kinds of things on there and you say you don't plan on going online now....but who knows if you eventually will?
