I defenataly do love the southern accent. I was born, raised and lived in South Florida until I was 34. Then moved north to the middle of the Bible belt. The heart of the southern accent.

Y'all are so funny! I'm graduating from High School and I'm asked to give a speech (now mind you I live in Southern California, that does not count for a southerner) I'm top of the class, 4.0, etc.... I get up to the microphone and I'm so nervous I say," Can You All Hear Me?" So, yes I do love a southern accent!

Where I'm at, a southern accent is cockney (London), and I can't say it's my favorite. I prefer a northern accent, particularly Scottish!...

Some are quite sexy sounding, then some are rather po-dunk-ish sounding, depends on the level of education I guess.....That goes for all people, the more educated you are the sexier you sound.....just a personal preference.
