dont wear make up while u work out!!!! its not a fashion show at the gym and with makeup melting down ur face it will look a whole lot worse than u without it. when u sweat or get hot ur pores open up more. letting whatever is on ur face inside and when u cool off then pores close back up, trapping stuff in. this ultimately equals more breakouts and unhealthy skin
