Miley Cyrus. She's pretty, talented, humble and entertaining.
Hilary Duff became too conceited after Lizzy Maquire. The show was can celled because she and her mom demanded more money per episode or she would quit. When Disney turned them down she quickly tried to recant and continue the show. It was canceled and most her her movies have been flops. Her whole image is fake down to her pointed chin and teeth that are too big...
Miley has a future, Hilary screwed hers up with greed.

I think Miley is more cool cause i dont like Hilary she too skinny and all. And miley can sing. I really dont think Hilary can.
