I like using the Gimme Lean ground "meat" and cooking that up with taco seasoning as well as the usual lettuce, tomatos, salsa, cheese (can use vegetarian cheese if you prefer), and whatever else you can come up with.

Of course, all of the usual veggies are great. If you're looking for a meat substitute check out Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters⢠Grillers® Recipe Crumblesâ¢. They are a delicious substitute for ground beef - even my meat-eating friends like the crumbles!
You can find them at the grocery store -sometimes they're near the meat and sometimes they are in the freezer in the organic section.
