On the polar ice cap when Kyoto carl comes out of his hole if he sees his shadow it means 6 more weeks of winter but if he doesnt then an executive order is issued to cost every american family $3000 a year to lower tempurature 0.3 degrees. How did it turn out today?

I heard he did see his shadow which inturn made it law that any SCEPTIC (or people that question the science that is used) is forced into federal prison death camps. Im investing in barbed wire companies.

You're absolutely right. Kyoto Carl did not see his reflection and promptly plunged his beak into the chest of a nearby gas station attendant.

Wow, you are one clever guy.

So how would being more environmentally conscious cost every American family $3000 a year. What is that rhetoric based on?

How much will it cost every American to not do anything to attempt to stop global warming?

BioDeisel is cheaper to produce than Gas.
Long life fluorescent light bulbs cost less to use and last for years, a regular light bulb lasts for months, maybe.
Car pooling is cheaper than everybody driving to work.
Leaving a light on in an empty room seems to be an American pastime, how hard is it to turn it off?

I guess that all of these small measures that anybody can do are just too hard for you.

An eight cylinder 300 HP Diesel engine, and go just as fast a gas one, but pollutes less, and helps the American heartland more, since Bio-Diesel is made from cotton seeds, and corn stalks, but buying a Deisel as your next car is just too hard to handle.

When the American deserts of the southwest grow to encompass most of the Midwest, and the sea level rise makes hundreds of thousands of miles of coastline disappear, makes Europe the new Greenland, and turns most of Africa into a Saharan environment, how much will it cost the world? Where will all the refugees go? Will Canadians welcome US & European refugees with open arms?

Kyoto Carl had to leave. His ice floe melted, and he's now joined the exodus of creatures migrating into cooler regions in an effort to escape the effects of global warming.

When humans have to start migrating for the same reason, it's gonna cost a whole lot more than $3000 a year. Instead of begrudging the cost now, call it an investment in your future.

well unless you are talking about only listening to the Conservative dribble and getting brain washed then I guess it has some validity.
