I might be working with Fidelity and was curious if this is a good place to work for etc....thank you

Well, if they treat employees half as good as customers...you should be in great shape.
Take advantage of all the knowledge that's around you and retire early!!
( I don't care if you're going to be the janitor...learn what they know and take care of "you and yours".)

I don't believe you . If you were going to work for a place that is one of the largest financial institutions in the world , how could you be unaware of their employment status . ???
