Loin chops can one get from a ground hog???

For the hunters and chefs only.......(that would be 1/2 inch thick....)

well now...mr yahoo..that would depend on where you are from...if you hunt in the north, you would hang it, skin it, and slice it all up into appropriately and evenly spaced little chops of meat, wrap it up in freezer paper and grill those tasty little morsels in the summer during a summer beer party where you could serve 24 people

if, however, you lived elsewhere, you would treat it like roadkill and just hack it up randomly, bones, hair and all and be able to serve you and all your kin, which would be about 175 people
