There is a practice known as cloud seeding. Where they propel silver iodine into the air to try to influence the clouds to participate. The way we make it rain here in Atlanta....is when a dude throws alot of money above your head and the money rain down on you while you dance....This normally happens among strippers!

I live in texas , We had extreme drought for last 3 yrs. Water restriction. We pray in church all the time. Finally, it has happen . Thank GOD . I believe all the lakes will be full come March. and it's still raining and sleeting and snowing . AMEN

Finally an easy question. I just wash my car. In fact, I've often said that if an area was experiencing a drought they should call me, ask me to drive there and wash my car and their problems would be solved!
