You can try meditation it is a great way to relax and connect w/ baby. take little cat naps. if your toddler takes naps you should lay down too. If your other kids are older make them do things for you so that you can rest. If you can and good luck, enlist your hubby to help too. The more rested and relaxed you are the less you'll be barking at him, and maybe have time and energy to be w/ him. It's usually a good incentive for men. Take care of bathtime w/kids, get a little nookie from me:) You should also talk to him about how you are feeling and tell him how tired you are. It would be a good time too to ask for outside help. Family, friends. If possible hire a babysitter to come and watch your toddler for you so you can get some rest. Get all the rest you can becuz as you know you'r going to have a few months of sleepless nights and days for a while.

sorry dear friend... this is #3 for me and I am 23 weeks and I am going thru the same thing. I can't get comfortable enough at night to get a full night sleep and during the day I am tired and weak. I also have a toddler at home that is getting out of the nap time, so it is hard for me to rest... I guess we'll just have to deal with it. I feel you as I feel for myself.

I have to agree with the first answer from mommyoh, you are totally exhausted and need some time to yourself. Can someone watch the kids for you, so you can take a long hot shower and a nap. After that, have your husband take you for a ride, just the two of you, to the lake, or the ocean. Do you like waterfalls, is there one in your area? Anything relaxing, to take all the tension off. I built myself a waterfall in the back yard, a play to relax, easy to build.

Oh bless you!
Have you had your iron level checked?
Its worth having it done as this might be part of the tiredness problem
You haven't got long to go now so nip to the docs/midwife and get them to check it for you
GOOD LUCK and I hope you feel ok soon- hormones! Who'd have 'em?!!!

have you tried changing your diet to include 'happy foods' strawberries, cantaloupe, wild rice, healthy cereals with fruit, less pasta, less meat, more substantial stuff, and maybe possibly ginseng? Drinking water helps your system digest and keeps you hydrated, when you eat sit and chew don't just eat cause your eating, when you eat it's like your trying to reenergize your body, you could also try energy/proteine bars too.
