i have a manufactured home in arizona. it is being repossed. still in great shape. it is only 4 years old. i tried to work with the morgage company. they want all the money i owed. i just had a baby and due to complications i had to miss alot of work. no work no money to pay the morgage. they started the process to reposes. we moved since then to further up state due to my husbands new job. the home sits empty. i just want it gone. they said they would have helped me sell it before. but when i asked them about it they said that i had to pay first. well if i could pay i would have not needed to sell the darn thing! so we looked for a new place to live and now we have a great new place we pay rent on throught my husbands work. now i need to get that other place gone. there is ALOT of new home construction in the area. that has to help when whatever eventully happens to it. does anyone know of anyone that would like to get it. i dont want to deal with a company. just a private party.

Honey that is why they use real estate agents, because they put the pertinent informatiion. Im not trying to be funny.
But Say Im kinda interested because i dont like paying big commisions.
But you dont have the area, how much you want, how many bedrooms and baths
what shopping entertainment schools are near by. gated community or not what peopel really need to know like garage a yard what city its in or near. Contact me with this kind of stuff to even raise my level of interest, im a private party whose bought from pp when other didnt want to in that neighborhood. Meaning the guy I bought from was a LOL traffic cop. I got on well with then through the transaction. Their neighbors were interested in the house but onlywithan agent because they didnt want to have to communicate with the owner folks.
I dont have a problem with that but please respond with relevant details to up peoples interest not just the problematics of your situatioin and Im sure you 'll find a buyer

US richclass refuse to pay into the rustic's societal guidance courses, and quite use US company-earned funds to construct their very own unique utopia.
