Are there Vista drivers for the Dell Dimension 2400?

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 and I just installed Windows Vista. I now can't change my display off of 640 x 480 and 16-bit color. Additionally, the Ethernet does not work, which is REALLY irritating.

Sry minimum of ram requirement is 512 mb if u install system run very slow
