It is in my view the very reason why the political classes can all be considered corrupt lemmings. Even if one considers the fraudulent intelligent reports that were produced and that is not my word but that of Colin Powell's, the individual senators should have taken the view that it is not in anyone's interest to kill, maim torture around the world in the name of Democracy.

It is even worse, when after all that is known today about the criminal behavior of the Bush administration they continued to support him. I despair and really hold politicians as low as a snake's belly.

Any President over time has gathered a group of "advisers" around him. Any President of the USA is no different than a President of a large company. He can not be expected to be able to cover all bases. It is just impossible. Any Congressman can not be knowledgeable in all areas. That is why he has a staff.

The President has a staff to review all areas. That staff presents facts to the President on any subject of interest. The President might want further input and if so the staff will review the subject further and then inform the President of their findings. The President then might ask for their opinions. In addition he might ask the opinion of other members of his staff and even outsiders.
Once he has gather what he considers enough information then he will make a decision.

So bottom line the President is responsible for the decision, but it is the administration who has furnished the information on which he has made that decision. In many cases he has had incompetent input, but since he hired the staff, he is responsible. He needs to get new staff if he wants to make better decisions.

The Admin. he has collected is incompetent, but also is pushing the extreme Right agenda. bush is not necessarily extreme Right, but he is incompetent. Depends on your political bias, if you believe the extreme Right is good, then their incompetence is part of the agenda...As for myself, I believe that the good of the few is not the good of the many

No failure he used CLinton intel WMD and CLinton allowed fraud in the stock market to fake a growth in the economy that is why in 2000 the market crashed.

No. It is indicative of a weak-stomached American public and a lily-livered Democratic party willing to exploit it for political gains even if it means America is not safe.

Courage is doing what is right even when it is not popular.

Son of Adam, how has this one you call Bush failed? Has he only failed to live up to your expectations? Perhaps you expect too much from a human leader.
