I certainly hope not. We were given the most beautiful, hospitable planet in the universe, and look what we've done to it.

Besides, the other planets (and our moon) have crap environments and no resources themselves. What good would they be?

The Earth has far more of the basic resources we need than any other planet or moon in this solar system, so I very much doubt that people will be able to colonize those places. Or, if people can figure out how to live on Mars without those resources, then they can just do that on Earth too.

if we start trying to build a better atmosphere on mars then yes

we should be able to within 100 years

For the moon and Mars...YES.
For Venus...NO, it's far too hot to support us there.
