Well Im not going to go into great detail but December 26,2006 I turned in someone who raped me for 7 years. I have been though alot since then including going to court twice just to have them being continued. The last one I went to there wasnt enough evidence and they were trying to pin it on someone else so our D.A appealed it for Supreme Court..they said it should be picked up in three months..it has been 9 months since that and we have not heard anything ..mean while the guy lives two doors down from me and we have a restraining order but it expires when I turn 18 and thats tomorrow..im really scared..I dont know what to do..

I go get another retraining order you don't know what he would do to he might try to something to you or stalk you and if he is stalking you you could get a stalking and harassment order. the justice system failed when you rape someone who is underage you go to jail. you should get a lawyer a try to get charges file again if you need me you im me.

are u an orphan? if not, u better discuss it with your parent. by the way, last i heard, those accused of raping underage go straight to prison and not mere 'restraining order'. weird huh
