I think many of them get work, including the ones who don't win. You don't see them because they don't start as stars. I'm pretty sure that Danielle is in a Cover Girl commercial with Queen Latifah. They don't show her face much, so I wasn't sure. So to answer your question, they don't seem to become famous other than to fans of the show. Then can have good careers though - better than if they just started making rounds to modeling agencies.

Not really. I mean I have only seen last seasons winner once. And that was on Regis and Kelly. She won a contract with Elite Model or something like that. The wrong girl won anyway.
