That's the first time I've heard of getting punched in the nose actually causing sneezing. The only thing I can think is that you have a few ruptured blood vessels leaking in your nose, and that the sneezing will stop when they mend.
Was there another change in your environment at about the same time? You might be allergic to something.

sounds like the nerves that trigger the sneeze reaction were damaged in the 'impact'. Hopefully it will heal quickly. But nerves are hard to predict.
You might see a doctor to see if they can do anything. Specifically I think of setting it if it is broken. This might cause the nerves to not be as irritated. Or perhaps a sterioid injection that would promote healing of nerves.
I had to have a shot in my nose when Doc was cutting off skin cancer. Hard place to get a shot, but it would be better than sneezing every few seconds for the rest of your days.

I'm a "chain sneezer". I'll have a fit of maybe 10 at a time. Usually eating or drinking something helps me out.
Causes - "Sneezing is generally caused by irritation and some times bacterial clog up in the throat, lungs or in the passages of the nose. Allergens such as pollens, pet dander, house dust mites, as well as nonallergenic particles are usually harmless, but when they irritate the nose the body responds by expelling them from the nasal passages. The nose mistakes strong odors, sudden chills, bright lights (see photic sneeze reflex)..."
Good luck - I know how irritating it can be.

Probably being caused by the knock on the nose causing it to be irritated, should stop when the bruising starts to heal in a couple of days.

this happend to me when i broke my nose, i couldnt stop sneezing, then i would cry from the pain that it caused me! lol
the reason to why your sneezing, is bc when you got hit in the nose, you slightly moved your breathing path, and now a new little section of your nose can smell the outside world, a section that isnt used to that, therefore its a foreign scent that causes you to sneeze.. does that make sense? my doctor explainied it really good, and im sorry im trying! sorry if i confused u...my point is, that its normal, but its time to go to the doctors if you havent gone already.

You might have a blood clot in your nose, this happend to me when my nose was broken, after i got the clot out (which was painful) the sneezing stoped. I felt better and my headache was gone.
The clot is normally no big either, feels like it when it comes out smaller then a pea sometimes too, I suggest blowing hard as you can. Evenetually it can break up in snot or be digested with other mucus (which is normal).
