The first one is dust. The second one looks like its cold outside and the heat from the ground is causing steam to rise up. I'm sorry but no ghosts there.

The first picture looks like it has an orb in it! That is what they call the lost souls, I guess. I've been to the ghost watcher website before. The second one is hard to explain but you might have something.
My sister is dating a frat boy and a kid had died in their frat house. Now in every picture that they take, with differnt cameras, they get the orbs like in your first picture. It's strange! We can never know what it really is!!!

the first one no but you got something on the second one, it might not be a ghost but something is there.

First pic is a spec illuminated by the flash, second pic are smudges....
