Islam has this law of punishment for adultery to stamp out the corruption, the deiseas withing adultery, thats why most muslims are STD. HIV, etc free, and also to make people realise the punishment is severve and to stop people fromn evem thnking about commiting adultery, the idea is for to be punished in this rather then ater life, u have to understand to know the concpets of this, if it works by people having their self respect, being clea, no deiseases, havign moreles, then the punishment for adultery is just.

you can prove adultery in Islam by only one of two ways

1- Four witness who can testify to seeing the "actual penetration" with their eyes which is impossible and was never used to prove it

2- The admittance of the adulter that he/she has done it and this comes with the following strings

a) he/she has to make this admission 4 times
b) they have to stick to the admission until the punishment is carried out so if in the middle of the punishment they recant the whole thing stop.

The stoning is done only for those who are married and commit adultery.

Stoning them does not mean that the one throwing the stone is sin free.

As for the answer where it is assumed that men can accuse their wives without a proof this is not true as per verses 6-9 from Surah 24.
If a man accuses his wife of committing adultery he has to swear 4 times that she did it and ALL SHE HAS TO DO TO REPEL the accusation is that she swears 4 times that she did not do it.

God bless

I saw the pic of a Muslim woman buried up to her waist in the ground, and the look of fear and distress on her face was horrid to see, as she waited to be stoned!
Muslim men can accuse their wife ANYTIME, and without proof.
So it is OK if they want to get rid of the little woman!
Sick, evil, religion, that has NO place in todays world!
