Im the same way as ur girlfriend....guys seem to be more horny than girls or yall arent doing something right....if my bf treated me better and was more romantic i would probably be more horny, but he doesnt put much effort into it....he just wants to kiss and touch for a few minutes then have sex and that be that....I dont know about the masturbating thing....thats between yall

There are two possible problems here.
1. Does she have low blood pressure? Everything you said points to that.
2. Is it possible that you are not being the romantic man that she wants. It's obvious that she wants you or else you wouldn't be in her bed. But do you really give her the romance that she wants?
Try essential oil massages. Talking to her romantically. Send beautiful love letters/poems to her. For all these things you can find everything you need at the library. As for massages, there are countless books to look at. And it's easy to give massages. Go to the store and they can easily help you. But remember to keep your mind on the massage, not on sex. If you do it right, she will be much more into it if you focus more on her.

Having sex (or masturbating) more often increases sex drive. So once you get the ball going, she will keep getting more horny.
Try to be very sweet to her and look out for her feelings and she will be more apt to repay you in sex. Then, you can keep her sex drive going by having it more often.

Is she on birth control? BC lowers your sex drive.
Try to make sex interesting, and different. More foreplay, different positions, sex toys, porn, etc.
