I think you need a navigation DVD for Europe then it will work.
This might be a dealer only item, as someone posted that they couldn't copy it.

Navigation will system will work since it should be GPS based. But you will need the map software. Check with Honda if it is a factory system.

Piece of handy information--> Portable or pocket navigation systems are cheap in Europe. They run from $250 upwards for dependable systems that are stand alone and only as big as a palmtop computer. They come with suction cup mounting for the windshield and TMC (Traffic Management). This TMC will reroute you based on reported traffic jams, accidents or construction.

My advice. If the software is going to cost more then $300 I would just wait until you get over here and buy a pocket navigation system with the European maps already loaded.
