Whenever my friend comes over to my house to spend the night, she will always grab the tv remote and switch channels like it is her house! She'll even sit in my chair and lay down in it like she's at home! What should I do? I WANT MY HOUSE BACK!

My best advice to you is to approach this in a light hearted jokey manner. Simply say how you have noticed that she seems to take control of everything. If she gets upset when it appears you are only joking then you can pretty much tell that she isn't much of a friend. Hopefully she will reply in a similarly jokey manner that she is sorry and allow you to take control back.
Basically you don't want to wade in on the attack as you are friends after all and should be able to deal with this quite easily without damaging the friendship.

Well how often is your friend over? If she's over so much that it's crowding your space, cut down on the time she comes over. Go out somewhere or go over her house. Another thing is she may just feel real comfortable b/c you two are close friends (I guess). If this is the case, you should be able to tell her that it bothers you how hogs your things and lounges like it's her house.

DON`t INvite Her home ! or if u cant ! just make the t.v busy ! and but things in your chair ! full it with stuff so when she comes tell her oSH im whatching this thing! and she will see the chair is full with stuff she will sit another place and then you go and emty you chair and sit! lol

don't invite her over is one thing
or...
you could talk about it beforehand...
"we are not going to have the tv on"
or
"this time i'll hold the remote"
or
"this time we will switch off turns with the remote"
or just
grab it first.

if your friend is the bossy type you have to be firm.When she grabs the remoteask 4 it back, if she doesnt give it to you grab it back.when people don't listen to u u cant let them run over u.
