actually your nose is easy you sterilise a safety pin or sewing needle and stick it through but if done wrong or gets infected its really painful its like 10 dollars to get it done might as well see a professional as for the bellybutton it gets infected sooo easily even when done professionally they say it can still get infected up to six months after its done mine did and its very painful be careful and think this through before you make a decision

Fine. Do it yourself. But can you say infection? Not to mention pain? Why would you do it yourself when it doesn't cost that much to have someone who knows what they're doing do it? Especially since they have sterilized equipment, whereas you'd have to resort to sewing needles passed through a flame? Have it done professionally. It'll take less time and come out way better (and won't leave you with some itchy, red, pus-filled mess).

i pierced both mine meii belly with a neddle like the ones you sew with and my nose with a safety pin..its fun....ummmmmmmm but make sure its clean.
