I have to go through hundreds of pages of the company's official ISO processes, and then take an exam on it.

I have never seen so many acronyms in my life.

Perk up, buttercup! :) If you do this PDQ, it will be over ASAP. When you're done, reward yourself with the acronym finder and you can rewrite the company manual. Substitute different meanings and send it to your boss.

you must want the credential.
maybe understanding that stuff is necessary
for the job you will get with the credential you are seeking.
you have a choice.
learning this is what you want.
