My baby plays favorites on the side that has the more creamy milk and wont eat off the side that has the more watery milk.

The milk starts out watery either way. It is the hind milk that is creamy. The milk looks different because he is nursing on that one side more often. He may just prefer one side because it is more comfortable. That is what my daughter did. You should keep offering the other side, so you don't get lopsided. If he still refuses it, pump that side off after he is done. It can be frozen, which will give you some back-ups in case you want to take a break sometime!

Babies usually have a "favorite" side. However your milk is the same on both sides :) You probably see a creamier or darker consistency on the side baby eats off more often because you've had let down, and the baby is getting the hind milk which is higher in fat and calories. The foremilk isn't quite so "creamy". I'd reccomend pumping the other breast if baby won't eat off that side as much, just to keep your supply up. But don't worry about the differences in color.
