Yes, starfish do have eyes, but not in the sense that most animals do!!They have a small "eyespot" at the end of each arm which senses light, they contain a red pigment which changes chemically in the presence of light and are thought to influence the starfish's behaviour (particularly movement), but is not sophisticated enough to allow them to see images as we do with our eye. Starfish use their tube feet, as well as sensitive tentacles found at the end of each arm, to navigate their way along the bottom of the ocean.

Yes, starfish have 5 eyes. One very small eye at the end of each of it's five tentacles.

I don't know if they're any good at seeing, but with so many legs, they're sure good at walking. Now if they don't have eyes, I would expect them to go bump, bump all the time.
