Just like a regular equation.
5t + 2 ≥ 52
5t ≥ 50 { Subtracted 2 from both sides }
t ≥ 10 { Divided both sides by 5 }
There are some things you need to keep in mind when dealing with inequalities (< >). If you multiply or divide by a negative, then you need to switch the direction of the sign.
-1 < 5
1 > -5
Also, if you reciprocate both sides, the same is true:
1/2 < 3
2 > 1/3

First you subtract 2 from both sides. This leaves you with 5t >50. Then you divide both sides by 5. Leaving you with t>10.

Simply solve the equation for t where the answer is greater than or equal to 52. The answer is the set of numbers that will make a line segment on a graph.
