I think what you are implying is that when tigers are wiped out or become extinct or so, then what would happen?
The answer which, you would probably require is that when tigers are removed the herbivores would eat up the whole forest causing serious land erosion. This would cause leaching of the soil and this would make the river beds shallow, which would lead to flooding of large catchment ares and the flood water would enter the homes for which you would require boat to move from one place to another.

It will affect the entire food chain as tigers are carnivores at the top of the food chain.
