I have 2 computers and my old one has my client labels set up in it. Can I copy this file to a disk and then copy the disk into my newer computer without having to re-type all my labels? Is there another solution or do I just have to stop being lazy and re-do them all?

No problem.

If you are upgrading to a newer version of the same program, you should be able to cut or copy/paste.

I'm assuming you have the names and addresses in a datafile and a main document (the label) and have merged them.

In this way, you can always add to the datafile and remerge the labels.

After you have copied your files. Install UBUNTU linux on your old computer. You will be surprised what it does for "an old computer". It's free, plus all your additional software is free too. Download or order a disk from http://www.ubuntu.org
