My fiance and I exchanged Valentine's Day gifts early since he is in another country currently, but he has a lot of Scottish heritage in him and for Valentine's Day I bought a 1-square foot plot of land in Scotland for him. Now he is officially a landowner there even if it is a tiny amount and he can officially be titled a Laird (Lord). It really meant a lot to him rather then some silly candy that he probably doesn't need anyway.

There is no such thing as a "perfect gift".. for Valentine's I would say an honest intention, a respectful adoration and a willingness to be an unassuming partner would make a great gift.

I assume this is for your girl/boy friend.

You. In addition to that, some simple thing such as a flower, a balloon or some candy plus a cute card.

You are the one that is important. Everything else is a token of your love.

Happy Valentines Day.

The perfect Valentines gift is the one I received last year from my husband. He must have put a lot of thought into it. He got me love birds and called them Julie and Tony (our names). He said they were love birds just like us. SOOOOO ROMANTIC!!!!!!!! It was definitely the greastest Valentines gift I ever received.
