The God Emperor Leto Atriedes II. Through his presceient abilities to see everything that has and will ever happen through the eyes of everyone that has and ever existed gave him the power to control the universe by knowing what course of action to take. Thousands of years after he allowed assassins to kill him events that take place in the universe only do so because he let them. Any superhero of any context stands absolutely no chance of ever being capable of defeating him because, he won't let it happen. He simply won't allow any series of events to take place that would allow even the silver surfer to come close to harming him. Would Proffesor Xavier be able to take control of his mind? No. Professor Xavier would never even get the chance to do it in the first place. Could Goku appear in his throne room and kill him? No. Goku might get that far as sheer entertainment for him and then be mercilessly torn peices because, he's already seen it happen and knows what to do.

He allowed hismelf to be killed out of sheer boredom. After controlling everything in the universe, what else is there to do? After a few thousand years, this gets boring. And when he died, he actually was transferred into another physical in which he lived and existed in something similar to a dream like state. But he never really died. And just because daredevil can't actually see anything doesn't mean anything. Leto can still acknowledge and know every little thing through how the daredevil experiences it. His power goes beyond just visually seeing through the eyes of others. And for omvg- yes, there aren't comic books about him, so he doesn't exactly fall into the category of super heroes, i only bring him up as something of outside context to consider in further arguments over a debate that will never end. And yes i did answer my own question, largely because i wasn't satisfied with those of others.

chuck norris.
he cannot see through chuck norris' mind. and the old addage of if you can see chuck norris, he can see you, if you can't you may be seconds away from death.
Thus as he can't see chuck norris, he is always in a constant state of being seconds away from death.
chuck will simply roundhouse kick him into the future mere instants before the universe collapses.

Just because you can see everything doesn't mean you can stop them from doing it.
The best person to use would be someone from the future, since he can only see those that existed at that time, if they were in the future, and someone left a message for the future in a way that they did not see it.
Or, just use Daredevil. Since he can not see, he would be the perfect assasin.
