Also as soon as I put on the lists they seem to disappear. Right now I am only able to display Lists 1 and 6. Can anyone tell me how I can erase these two boxplots and also let my lists be displayed permanently and in order.

You might try resetting your calculator to its defaults. That should restore everything.
The box plots should be under statplot (above the y= key). You can go into each one and turn it off. I'm not sure how to restore your lists without resetting.
