I know your body temperature is supposed to drop when you sleep, but my wife describes it as "you turn into a heater!" I also often wake up with night sweats.

Any ideas? I've searched the internet and cannot find anything on body temperature *rising* when asleep.

Me and my youngest son do the same thing! We both wake up drenched sometimes! For me, somebody could possibly say that I'm in that "perimenopause", but I have always been that way. It has got worse for me the last couple years, but how do you explain you or my baby? I wish i knew. The doctor does not seemed concerned, though.

The only other conditions that my son and I share that the other 3 members of our family do not, is that we have some symptoms of diabetes, such as excessive thirst and frequent urination. Our results are always normal and my thyroid has recently been tested and it is normal as well.

Maybe our ancestors slept in the cold for centuries and it is an adaptation within us that has been passed down but not necessarily shared with all family members? It sure is annoying though, I have to wash my pajamas and sheets far too frequently.

I used to stay in south texas and suffered the comparable element. i might continuously gown my daughter in one hundred% cotton, use widow monitors, cover the vehicle seat while it develop into parked and that i might placed a skinny dish towel interior the freezer for a minimum of a few hours and then placed it between my toddler and the vehicle seat. (If the towel is basically too chilly or damp, placed a clean dry dish towel between the chilly one and your baby.) in case you forget approximately to relax a dish towel until now your travels, basically placed a clean dry one hundred% cotton sheet at the back of your toddler. automobile seats are generally artificial and that makes the warmth and sweating lots worse. toddler powder is likewise good, yet attempt to apply the talc unfastened ones - they are safer for you and your toddler. happy and cool traveling! Wow! Very dramatic below. while you're an expert you're able to be attentive to that organic supplies have be scientifically shown to be cooler than lots of those guy-made fibers and for this reason are cooler on epidermis touch. additionally, putting a sheet between a baby and a seat is somewhat, if in any respect a protection possibility, as that is basically too skinny to translate to an extension of the protection harnesses. Many agencies make sheets and blankets to be utilized in automobile seats.

Could be nothing but "live with it"
or could be low grade fever, thought that'd be temporary
or could be maybe a thyroid thing, might want to see a doctor.
