I doubt if the navy would allow you to borrow one, and if it did, it wouldn't fit anywhere near either place.

I suppose you might be able to squeeze an aircraft carrier half-way along the River Thames until you came to a bridge that you couldn't fit underneath (!!), but I'm at a loss as to how you would hope to sail it to Lourdes, which last time I checked an atlas sat some distance in from the sea in the Pryanees mountains between France and Spain!! I think you'd probably be once again hampered by bridge height issues for something as large as an aircraft carrier!
Portsmouth to Bilbao is a comparable distance route as a passenger ferry trip that takes about 35hours. An aircraft carrier can hammer along a few knots faster than a ferry, but even so, even if the journey was possible, such a trip would take more than 24 hours.

Join the Navy. Do your basic training and get posted to an aircraft carrier. Wait until the vessel is somewhere off the coast of France and jump off. Swim ashore, walk to the nearest station and take a train to Lourdes. Easy!
Note: this might actually take quite along time. And you will still have to get the train from London to Portsmouth!

About 10 days if the French lock-keepers aren't on strike. You could by-pass them by singing happy songs and letting the aeroplanes lift the boat over the gates.
