Also most big Malls have an "As seen on TV" store in them. You can probably get it there.

I've heard the vacuum pullers don't work well.
There are new dent pullers that work by attaching a lug to the center of the dent with a special hot melt glue. Then a puller attaches to the lug and pulls the dent out. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries to get it right. The lug can be removed without damaging the paint.
If the dent is deep or creased don't even bother trying the puller, it might improve it, but not fix it. These types of dents a body shop has to fix.
If you don't want to do it yourself, look in the yellow pages in the automotive section for companies like Dent Doctor, DentRx, etc.
They mostly still fix dents by working them out from the inside using special tools.

tried that pump thing in the 80's just like all the other infomercial junk it didn't work. it scratched up my paint and ended up costing me more in the long run. go to a body shop most can do the paint less dent removal. it is worth the money to get it done right you may do more damage trying to do it yourself trust me it's coming from experience. good luck!

I remembered a product on an infomercial maybe a year ago or sooner that was for fixing dents. Try a search for it.

Yes it's sitting at your local repair shop with a bill attached to it.
