You can listen to Launchcast radio for free, but you cannot pick a particular song to play at a certain time. You can watch music videos and choose which one to watch.
Yahoo Music, where you can listen to the full version of over 2 million songs on demand, is a subscription service that you have to pay for.

The Launchcast Music service provided by Yahoo is really great! It allows you to rate songs and select genres of the music you like. You don't have to pay for it, unless you want the LaunchcastPlus. The other nice thing about it is you can rate a song and then skip it, if it's not something you want to listen to.
