First what is virtue/ Well one answer is: moral excellence and goodness. Responsibilty can defined as; an act/course of action that is required of one, by position, custom, law, or religion.
Fulfilling one's responsibility is thus a good or it is the right thing to do morally. That leads you back to virtue

It is a virtue when you respect your dreams, promises, plans, words, ideals and follow. Respect yourself. In that sense, responsibility is considered virtue.
