I use my watchlist as a way to keep track of my favorite askers. I make sure that I have one Q from each of them on my watchlist, then, when I want to do some Y!A, I move through the watchlist, visiting the profile pages of each of my faves and checking out their open questions.
Good thing, too, because otherwise I might have missed out on a few things....
