Try rubbing alcohol. It sounds strange, but it has worked for me, I just put some on a cotton ball and rub fairly hard. Works really well, look at the cotton ball when you're done, it's all orange! It usually takes me a couple cotton balls, but it works!

It won't take it completely away, and the smell will make your eyes water, but, a body brush or exfoliating sponge and good old white vinger. I usually get powdered Avenno bath and mix the 2 to make a paste. Then exfoliate away. It benefits in alot of ways. Also for your hands, you can try lime juice, it also whitens your nails. Good luck, I hope it helps!

If you read the drections on the packaging of those tanning wipes, it says that you need to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after application of the wipes.
