In the sand. It's soft and warm.
The snow is too cold, the hay is too prickly and there's no methadone clinic here.

Snow is #1 (cold air with body heat is a rush), sand is #2 (provided you don't get it in a sensitive part), hay is #3 (you can move the bales around for different positions).
I can't comment on the meth clinic as I have had no experience there.
