I like a guy who works with me,we spend very nice moments at work when we are sometimes alone,I think he likes me too, he knows ecatly how I feel but the problem is he will have to leave my town the next year.So,we can talk very open until I talk about my feelings for him.I send him a couple of messages and when we talked on the phone he absolutely made no comments about them..I felt really stupid.Why is he doing this?

He is protecting himself from getting hurt in the end. He is not going to allow himself to start something with u, that could turn out to be wonderful, just to have to leave it all next year. I wouldn't pressure him, I would keep the friendship on the level that it was at, and who knows what may happen. Sometimes we can't stop our heart from falling in love, even if we try.

Probably because he knows he will be leaving at the end of the year so he doesn't want to get too close to you and then leave. Since you've already put your feelings out there, why not just ask him, whats up? You have nothing to lose at this point.

Because he's either:
A. Not interested or
B. Doesn't want to get involved because he knows he will be leaving soon.
Be honest and open with him. You have nothing to lose.
