Hmmm, that is a very vague question. Some youth seem to be more evolved nowadays, thinking of things previously tied to only adults (ex. war, economy, altruism). Whereas other youth seems to need more structure, hence the widespread development of gangs throughout the world. There are also the youth that are becoming much more manipulated through their belief systems, thus becoming religious extremists, for example the high number of youths that join rebel groups in the Sudan, the Al-Quiada in the middle east, and the Christian fanatics...you should see the documentary entitled "Jesus Camp". Good luck on your project!
Oops I almost forgot, the Yuppies kids...jk. But there is a group of kids today that own Bentley's before they are 10 years old, and have cell phones before they know their ABCs and 123s. Don't forget the golden kids...ha!

Some of the youths of today, have disgusting behavior and no manners, but that does not go for all, some are lovely. Its this sad minority, that gives the others a bad name. (i dont know what this has got to do with a ski project though)

I think they are spoiled, and my generation is to blame. They are more self centered than any generation before them, they walk around the malls spending parents money with their damn cell phones...it is ridiculous...they think of nothing and no one but htemselves...of course there is the rare exception but not many.
They have no sense of family, then again, why would they...we have them and farm them out to day care so we can make more $ so we can buy them more stuff so we don't have to feel so guilty about not raising them...
I hate what we have become...I can not picture them having children..they know nothing of sacrifice...it is just all about them.
I have a neice who really is the perfect sample of the spoiled rotton teenager...got a brand new car for her 16th birthday, demanded the one of her choice...2 horses..gets 1000 prom gowns...I could go on but I won't ...this is too long already..sorry but you asked..

Suburban Two parent working homes where the parents spend little to no quality time with their children, do not supervise their children, expect MTV and Nintendo to babysit their children, using money to satiate their children....all amounts to BAD PARENTING.

I think that today's youth is more mature in some areas but taking their lives too fast and not enjoying the simple pleasures and advantages of their age.

Some of them act a little mature for their age, and then more of them seem to care about nothing but having fun. More parents need to keep a closer eye on their children.
