Assume you are in an environment where there will be no legal reprecusion. I myself would jack them up on steriods so they would atleast act like they had a set of balls.

I would like to join the board. BTW, it is not censorship. Y!A is a private computer network. When you agreed to the TOS and community guidelines, you also agreed that Y!A _is_ a private computer network. Free speech rights to not apply here. You have no legal premise to demand such. It is a privilege, not a right to speak your mind in this environment.
If you want 'rights', start your own computer network, hire an ISP to host your own web site, lease a T1 line, but when using another person's equipment, you abide by _their_ rules.
